More Than Triples Anti-Trump Ad Buy To Refocus Stakes in 2024
WASHINGTON – Priorities USA Executive Director Danielle Butterfield released the following statement on the 2024 election:
“President Biden has been one of the most extraordinary presidents of our lifetime, and his record of progressive accomplishments will remain unmatched for years to come. From creating a record 15 million jobs, to expanding affordable healthcare and fighting climate change, to passing the largest gun safety law in 30 years, it’s abundantly clear that President Biden’s term will set the bar for future presidents on leading the country, steering it through one of the worst health and economic crises of our time, and creating a stronger country.
“That work is just the beginning. The coalition Biden assembled in 2020 was instrumental in defeating Trumpism once, but the threat has not dissipated. Priorities USA has been on the frontlines of working to keep Trump out of the Oval Office since 2016 – and the job isn’t done yet.
“Coming off of the past month, it is imperative that voters online hear clarity and not chaos for the remaining weeks of the election, and we must refocus voters on the stakes of 2024. Priorities USA is more than tripling our investment in our anti-Trump ad buys, extending our RNC ads through to the DNCC to remind voters of what’s at stake under a Trump second term.
