Priorities USA Action Launches $400,000 Digital Ad Campaign Highlighting Janet Mills’ Record as a Champion for Education

Ads Will Run Statewide and Direct Voters to www.facesofmaine.us

Washington, DC — Priorities USA Action is launching a $400,000 digital advertising campaign in support of Janet Mills, who has been a longtime champion of Maine’s students, teachers and public education system. As Maine attorney general, she has won settlements on behalf of Maine consumers and directed those funds toward programs to benefit students, and as governor, she will invest in Maine’s public schools to make sure that every student has access to a high-quality education.

The ads will run statewide wherever voters are consuming content online, including such digital platforms as Facebook, YouTube and Google. Voters who wish to learn more about Mills and read stories about her impact on Maine’s students and educators will be directed to www.facesofmaine.us.

“Janet Mills understands that the key to Maine’s success is making sure that every child has access to a high-quality education—and that’s why time and time again, Mills has stood up for students and teachers throughout the state,” said Matt Lopez, spokesperson for Priorities USA Action. “Priorities USA Action is proud to support Janet Mills because we know that she’ll spend every day at the Blaine House working tirelessly to support teachers and give kids a level playing field to learn and thrive.”
