Priorities USA Announces Nearly $40 Million in New Fundraising
Priorities USA has seen a dramatic increase in fundraising since early May, raising more than $38 million in donations and commitments across the three Priorities entities in that time. Priorities brought in $12.5 million in donations across the three entities in May, and nearly $26 million in contributions and commitments so far in June.
Priorities has now raised $173 million for the cycle and is committed to spending over $200 million by the end of this year. Priorities ads have been running on TV and online in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and will be expanding to North Carolina.
“Momentum is building for Joe Biden and that is translating into an increase in donor support for Priorities. We’ve been matching the Trump campaign and his super PAC on TV and online in key battleground states and successfully filled the gap prior to the Biden campaign’s spending,” said Priorities USA Chairman Guy Cecil. “As we head into the final four months of the campaign, we are in strong financial shape to continue to take the fight to Donald Trump and help elect Joe Biden.”
